Dwelling on the Past
Dwelling on the Past is comprised of fifteen wooden house-shaped constructions, each measuring 6 inches by 4 inches by 4 inches, and printed with digital images on all surfaces. Images used are from photographs, building manuals, notes, and other ephemera belonging to the Shurtleff family. Two of the houses include written text that provides a narrative based on the artist's memories.
